Some players' games froze ("Not responding") whenever an Alpha Pokémon showed up: in battle, when opening its summary, or when viewing it in the PC. We found the cause. It's an outdated AMD graphics driver, mostly on PCs and laptops with built-in AMD Radeon graphics.
How to fix it
1. Go to https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html
2. Click Download and Run AMD Auto-Detect (or search for your graphics chip or processor) and install the latest driver.
3. Restart your PC.
On a laptop, if AMD says your device isn't supported, get the newest graphics driver from your laptop maker's support site or app instead (for example MyASUS, Lenovo Vantage or HP Support Assistant).
Can't update right now?- Keep your Alpha in the PC and avoid opening its summary until you've updated.
- If the game freezes again right after logging in, wait about 2 minutes before logging back in, so your unfinished battle can end.
