The Discord bot handling our ticketing system ( #open-ticket ) seems to be down.~~ We are checking if the issue is on our end or theirs.~~
It's an issue on Discord's end, not even the bot's end, we can't help fixing the issues at this time. Will keep you posted when they have fixed the issues.
