In the spirit of making sure everyone sees what's happening in the PvP council, #pvp-council-cases will now be always visible to everyone. As has been suggested in #game-suggestions.
This is where the council makes their cases, share opinions on specific pokemon/items/abilities/moves & vote if they should be banned or not.
It's the admins that finalise decisions & make announcements as above.
There might be cases where there's an open voting poll where everyone can share their opinion by voting yes, no or undecided. This poll is not binding & the council's votes are considered superior (they will be voting by typing 'yes / no / undecided, because ...'.
That public poll might sway some decisions or at the very least show what the playerbase in general thinks.
