Hello @everyone, just wanted to give a small announcement… We encountered a pretty nasty bug that we had to address as soon as possible, we know you guys are eager to play and we are working as quickly as we can to nip the issue in the bud and get the server back online. We know it’s the weekend for a lot of you so we are going to be providing a 20% EXP Boost that does stack with all other forms of EXP Boosting until Sunday Night at around 11:59PM UTC
With that said, we reached a few milestones as well today – we passed over 1,000 users in game at once earlier today - We also passed 7,000 users on the discord server today, so we now have server discovery enabled! Make sure to give those users a big welcome as they may not be expecting a full Pokémon MMO. 🥳 Thank you so much for being here for our launch week! It does mean a lot!
Just a reminder that if you log back in when we do get the servers back up and you notice any missing items, please make a support ticket. Don’t try to claim and item you didn’t have before the crash though; we will be able to determine if you had it or not.
