Added a Rockruff NPC in Eterna Pass after gym 2. The nature is fixed to hardy and the ability is fixed to its Hidden Ability. Pokemon is also trade locked. You don't need anything except space in party to get the Pokemon. People with no auto-updater will see missing speech.
